For a small charge at the time of order, a Telephone Support and Software update contract is purchased; this can be annual, for 2 or 3 years or for the "Life-Time" of the equipment. When you need to call Patapsco you will not be held in any queues nor will your call be diverted to a call centre. You will speak directly to a member of our Support Team, all of whom have over 6 years experience with all Patapsco products and the associated datacoms and telecoms environments and applications in which they are used. |

| As most of you will know we offer two versions of our Manager software; the DbLite and the full version of our DbManager. See here for the differences. The most common question we get asked is for the Serial Number when installing the DbManager - please leave this field blank unless you have a full version of the DbManager software - DbLite does not require a Serial Number. |

| We do not have a downloadable version of either of our DbManager software versions on the website as the version of Manager needs to be compatible with the version of code running on the hardware platform. The software is available on request and free of charge, together with all current updates and features, to customers with a current Support Contract. |

All implemented , works a treat - no problems at all , we hooked up two polycom vc systems + our existing cisco voice gateway to one of our existing BT bearers - docs a big help specifically the section describing the isdn setup for bundled isdn bri's for VC systems.
